		<description>This was really nice to see. Working in the medical field, I'm often appalled by the amount of non-renewable waste I am forced to produce every day. It's great that there are people out there thinking about how to reduce that waste. Hopefully some of these ideas will begin to catch on in a big way some day, even down here in the Deep South.</description>
